"Still seems worth a try, though." That was the whole point of science, after all. Experimentation. If it worked, you had a way to help people. If it didn't work, you had a smelly soup.

At least, that's how Sam liked to think of science.

That mindset typically involved trying to forget and/or ignore all of the evil science her bio parents had done. Fortunately, she was fucking fabulous at compartmentalizing.
